1. Overview
This policy applies to paid services and deliverables sold by doping.ai, including one-time AI Visibility Pack purchases.
2. Delivery timeline
Current paid package delivery is targeted within 24 hours after payment unless a different timeline is communicated.
3. Cancellation before delivery
You may request cancellation before work has started or before delivery. If approved, a full or partial refund may be issued.
4. Refunds after delivery
Because deliverables are digital and generated for your submitted domain, refunds are generally not available after delivery.
5. Service issues
If a delivered package is materially incomplete due to our error, email hello@doping.ai and we will correct the issue or provide an appropriate remedy.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, email hello@doping.ai first. We may provide records to Stripe for dispute resolution.
7. How to request support
Send a request to hello@doping.ai with your payment email, purchase date, and details of your issue.
